How to Succeed in Business This Year

It has never been easier to start a business than it is right now. With literally thousands of free resources, software, and a low barrier of entry to grow your online following, you can build a successful company in a short amount of time.

Running a small business is often an incredible and rewarding experience. It also has the potential to be a nightmare that drains you of time, energy, and resources. According to Fundera, 50% of small businesses make it at least five years, while only 33% celebrate 10+ years of business. Sure, the market is competitive, and you've got a challenging road ahead. Still, if you have a game plan and the right team, you can create a business that leaves a lasting legacy.

As a small business owner, I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and overworked. You initially set out to break free from your day job, and what you thought would be unlimited freedom turns out to be sleepless nights and long hours in the office.

But it doesn't have to be this way. With our work in Bolt Marketing, we've seen countless business owners pull themselves up to where they can stop working in the business and start working on the business. It's not an instant fix, but it's the first step on a journey to peace of mind and a bright future for your business.

We've created a process that helps us and our clients break through any obstacle in their business. The process is simple:

  • Clarify: Clarify your message, your vision, and each team member's role
  • Create: Create the assets needed to move towards this vision (a new product, service, brand identity, website, product, sales funnel, etc.)
  • Conquer: Implement your new plan and assets while tracking your progress and making need changes. Get your plan, product, service out to the world through digital and traditional advertising channels, and ongoing marketing help.

So what's next? It's time to make a change and start running your business instead of letting it run you! It's time you got some peace of mind and felt confident in your business.
